Is getting an agent to publish my book a good idea?

Hello my name is Sabirul Islam, i am a young entrepreneur and i have just finished writing my book, to encourage and inspire young individuals to take the entrepreneurial route. However, i am finding it very difficult to find a publisher so i’m thinking whether an agent would be a good idea. Please do let me know. Thank You
