Looking for a mentor from the security (technology) sector

We are just about to embark on a new area of business and grow into the area of providing access control / cctv technology to a range of organisations including commercial, education and public sector bodies.
It’s an extension to what we currently do so there is still a lot to learn.
We aspire to be a significant brand in our market through service, service and more service. So far, we have proven ourselves and our business model with a number of customers demonstrating our pro-active approach to service delivery.
Now we are ready to take our business to the next level so could really do with some wise guidance from someone who has been there and done it before.

Leaving or has left their jobs (or even retired)
