patchwork has been set up by Christopher Gavin (director & producer) and Christine Hartland (event/video producer and founder of mosaic). It was launched at the first informal corporate video xmas drinks party on 7th December 2004 at Adam Street. We felt that there hadn’t until now been a suitable forum to catch up with old friends and to meet new contacts within the corporate and film, TV, music videos industries.
