Art Connections is a Chrysalis Arts project, which supports and promotes creative businesses in the visual arts, crafts and public art sectors throughout North Yorkshire. We supply a range of specialist training, mentoring, advice, information and marketing services for visual artists and makers in North Yorkshire. Our flagship project is the North Yorkshire Open Studios event, which takes place each year. ‘Business Generator’ is a new network which is aimed at all businesses and is an excellent chance to meet with like-minded business people to share ideas, inspiration and to do business. This is an ideal opportunity for established businesses to meet new entrepreneurs, share experiences and network. New entrepreneurs will benefit from being introduced to networking and everyone can make some new contacts. Events will be held bi-monthly at times and venues to suit everyone. To suit all attendees the times of the meetings vary between lunch or evening and a buffet meal and refreshments are included.

Forward Ladies is an informal business support network for women. The network has grown from just five ladies to almost 3,000 members. Last year we organised over 60 events, attended by around 4,000 businesswomen. It is an all inclusive network offering networking, coaching, training, business support and international trade missions.
