It will be delivered by Mark Johnson, a professional IT trainer from the Hampstead School and Patricia Titti, an IT Professional.   • Outsourcing as a strategy to grow your business

    Businesses of all sizes can and do benefit from using outsourcing. Whether it’s your PA or using a telephone answering service, hiring specialists to deliver services that are not your strength areas can be really beneficial to a small business. Deborah Meredith, founder of City PA has first hand experience of outsourcing from both a supplier and client perspective. She set up her company that provides secretarial and business support services whilst on maternity leave, after having spent 20 years as a Board Level PA primarily for Blue-chip companies. The company has grown extensively using outsourcing as one of the strategies. Deborah will talk about her experiences of growing her business and how outsourcing has helped her to achieve this. This session will be run by Susann Linn-Williams who used to be known as the “networking queen of Orange County” in California. Susann has extensive experience of attending networking events, writing about networking and running courses to help people network effectively. In one month she once attended 60 events! She now runs a holistic healing business, incorporating massage and cranial sacral therapy along with a healing B&B.
