After that, she wrote six novels and now gains far more satisfaction from her job with Training For Life with a specific brief of marketing and promoting their Michelin-recommended training restaurant, the Hoxton Apprentice. Jessica Shortall, Co-Founder of Catalyst Strategy Advisers, a consultancy business for social business clients. - Jessica has worked for the Peace Corps in Uzbekistan, to conduct community development projects and teach English and she is the co-founder and co-director of The Campus Kitchens Project, a U.S.-based social venture with a network of integrated leadership development, nutrition education, job training, food rescue, and hunger relief programs run by university students.
