She was founder director of an independent TV production company producing several programmes for BBC TV and Channel 4. After that, she wrote six novels and now gains far more satisfaction from her job with Training For Life with a specific brief of marketing and promoting their Michelin-recommended training restaurant, the Hoxton Apprentice. Jessica Shortall, Co-Founder of Catalyst Strategy Advisers, a consultancy business for social business clients. - Jessica has worked for the Peace Corps in Uzbekistan, to conduct community development projects and teach English and she is the co-founder and co-director of The Campus Kitchens Project, a U.S.-based social venture with a network of integrated leadership development, nutrition education, job training, food rescue, and hunger relief programs run by university students.
