    The ARC Retail Best Practice Forums are a series of quarterly, half-day thought leadership and networking events that include four specific topics across a given theme that will take place in the boardroom at The City Arc (www.thecityarc.co.uk), just a moments walk from Liverpool Street station. Attendees will be provided with refreshments, and for any of those staying for two consecutive forums on the same day a sandwich lunch will also be provided. Every session will have a facilitator and a note-taker. They will run under Chatham house rule, however, general notes covering key discussion matter will be circulated to all attendees within one week of every session that takes place.     What’s great about running culturepool is being involved with Liverpool’s talented artists and performers and their journey. Yorgos Karamalegos and Elinor Randle met in Liverpool’s Hope Street’s Physical Theatre programme, and then set up Momentum Theatre in 2003. In October 2006 culturepool joined Eli and Yorgos in the bar after their performance of Momento Mori. Everyone enjoyed meeting them and were blown away by the piece, especially those of us who had never experienced physical theatre (story telling through dance and movement) before. Since then we have been asked regularly about Eli and Yorgos and what they are doing now, so it’s great that we’re joining them for their next performance piece. Following the national and international success of Tmesis and Memento Mori, Momentum return with their third production, and the final part of their trilogy on the exploration of life, Anima. Anima is based on dreams and the subconscious life. The piece explores the dynamics between the conscious and subconscious, maintaining the company’s acclaimed use of ancient myth, in a quest for discovery and understanding of the human essence. The piece looks at that blurred line between dream and reality and explores the bizarre, distorted world of the dreamer …
