    Elaine Budd started her own business at 24, a e-business company working with a profile of local, national and international clients, and is now the project manager for Plymouth Business Growth. A key part of this role is developing a programme of activity to help raise levels of entrepreneurship in the city of Plymouth. She describes herself as a catalyst and a glue until momentum is created and states that she is constantly impressed by the levels of commitment and talent in the city and the support behind the initiative ‘Making Plymouth Great’.
