    Naomi is an avid networker and is keen to be the positive change she wants to see in the world. She is the founder and director of 4WD (said ‘forward’), a creative youth advocacy and empowerment social enterprise for the young people of London. Naomi is the Team Leader of SIFE RHUL and the President of the combining Management and Entrepreneurship societies at Royal Holloway. She is presently working with the Make Your Mark campaign and is in the process of setting up a network for aspiring female entrepreneurs (students and recent graduates) based in London. She is also a part time model and holds the current ‘Miss Commonwealth Euro-Atlantic’ title with which she has met Ndaba Mandela, visited number 10 Downing Street and campaigned for various quality of life initiatives.

The platform has plans to scale up globally but is launching initially in the UK and India. Brave New Talent will revolutionize the recruitment of student talent worldwide. Lucian was the UK’s first undergraduate entrepreneur to receive EU financial backing and Edinburgh University support.     I am the Business Programme Manager for The Prince’s Trust in Birmingham and Solihull. This means I am responsible for starting 140 new businesses across Birmingham and Solihull for young people aged 18-30. We give advice, guidance and funding to help start those businesses. As well as this I have a network of over 150 mentors to help our businesses across a wide range of solicitors, accountants, business men and women and many other trades and skills. I also have around 400 active businesses to choose from if you need anything and I can connect you quickly to a whole range of different people and businesses to help with any needs you or your business may have. -

    I am the Employment and Youth Enterprise manager for Hull City Council. In this role I take responsibility for * everything relating to supporting Hull’s enterprising young people including the establishment of the Hull Youth * Enterprise Partnership which has established an evidenced based Youth Enterprise Strategy for Hull * area based one stop shops throughout the city of Hull. * we have also established a Youth Enterprise Bank that gives grants to young people wishing to develop their enterprising idea. I am an active advocate on behalf of the voluntary youth sector previously serving as the founder chair of the Hull Council for Voluntary Youth Service. In this position I advocated the adoption of an integrated delivery plan and partnership between the voluntary and public sectors, enabling joint working to provide improved services to young people. To enable them to move into the world of work from either full-time education or from a period of economic inactivity, by developing and supporting programmes that helps them to realise their potential, such as the establishment of a Youth Council in Hull.
