Richard Alderson is a consultant and social entrepreneur, who spends most of his time helping other social entrepreneurs start up and develop their businesses. For the last three years, he has worked with UnLtd, the foundation for Social Entrepreneurs in the UK. In addition to this he has also launched Careershifters, which aims to be the world’s leading online resource helping people create careers that truly excite them.

James Uffindell runs Pure Potential working with many of the world’s and UK’s leading employers to help those just getting started in their careers fulfil their potential. James also organises Oxbridge Applications which is a network of former graduates and academic staff from Cambridge and Oxford Universities, providing support and guidance to those wishing to apply to Oxbridge.

Jack Butler is founder of Future Foundations – a training and support services organisation specialising in personal development and soft skills for young people - and the Sparkle Network, a peer support network for people in the early stages of their career.
