Q&A
  • What is the best connection you have made or received?

One of the best connections for us was Sir Alan Sugar, he launched our Hackney branch and gave pep talks to some of our clients. This was great for our profile for funding oppertunities as the launch was featured on the BBC news three times in one day.

  • What are your top tips for making great connections?

Be sure what the agenda is for the meeting, without one the coordinator couldcome across as unprofessional, there are so many of these network meetings going on people will soon become fussy about which one to attend, it’s always nice if the host can supply some drinks to their guests.
