  • Why is getting connected important to make things happen?

    Very little can be achieved on your own. Relationships drive everything in life. You can never know too many people.

  • What is the best connection you have made or received?

    I was connected through a client with someone who introduced me to somebody else. This led to an international publishing deal with the second biggest publisher in the U.S.

  • What are your top tips for making great connections?

    Concentrate on helping people. If you actually care about people it is easy to develop long lasting relationships. Don’t ever concern yourself with what you may get just let that happen.

  • What tools or resources do you use to keep in touch with people?

    I belong to a variety of different groups and organisations where I meet up with people on a reasonably regular basis. I use the Ecademy site to stay on touch with certain contacts. Other than that it is phone and email and of course I arrange to meet people regularly face to face.
